with contemporary procedures augmented by specialists in the
area.

Making
appointments:
When
you call for an appointment our receptionist will ask certain
questions regarding the nature of your problem and dental
request in order to allot adequate time for your appointment.
You
will also be asked about any previous dental records and x-rays
that may be requested by us to eliminate the need for any
unnecessary x-rays that may be needed for your appointment.
You
will also be asked about any medical conditions such as artificial
joints or valves that may require pre medication for your
future visit.

First
appointment & visit:
For
new patients, please allow an extra 15 minutes prior to your
first visit to fill out our New Patients Registration Forms.
This will allow the doctor to have enough time to work with
you until the next appointment.
We
also have the New
Patients Registration Forms available to download
online. You can bring them with you or mail them to us prior
your appointment. Please let our frontdesk know that you want
to send the forms by mail. We can send you a receiving confirmation
by email. Please include your email address with your registration
forms.
